When I began blogging five years ago I had no idea where the journey would take me or how it would affect my life. I often joke that if I had known when I started how much work being a Food Blogger would be, I would have run off screaming and found and other hobby to occupy my time. But the truth is that blogging not only rekindled my love for food, but reminded me why I had become a chef so many years ago and breathed new life into my tired existence. Blogging has opened doors for me and taken me places I never would have imagined possible and introduced me to people from around the globe, making the world smaller and more personal for me. As I continue to go through these doors I feel as though the World is my Oyster and the opportunities I have are only limited to the paths I choose to follow. Currently my energies are being focused on Google+, my three live weekly shows, my community and continued growth as Influencer on the Plus. If you were to ask me what I was most thankful for as a blogger, its a question I wouldn’t have to think twice about.
